Meet connie kraska

As a Colorado native and second generation real estate agent, Connie Kraska, has been providing guidance to buyers and sellers along the Front Range (Boulder, Arvada, Lakewood, Thornton, Broomfield, etc) since 2004. Prior to working at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Connie was the broker owner of her own small firm, Diamond Realty Alliance, where she cultivated her knowledge of foreclosures, HUD homes, REO listings, investment properties and fix and flips. Having an expert background in these areas has served her client’s well. Additionally, she was able to gain expertise in so many areas of Denver and Boulder, given the expanse of these types of properties. Since, she has focused her time and attention on servicing clients of all price points and areas, especially first-time sellers, move-up sellers and luxury home sales.
