I love what I do – Real Estate is a way to help people and connect with them. It allows me to build strong relationships over time and keep those relationships for many years to come. I am a proud Colorado native, mom and wife. I was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado and moved to Denver to attend Metro State University. I studied business and went on to get my Real Estate license.
I have been married to my husband Juan, an Ecuadorian immigrant, since 2014. We welcomed our son, Axel, in 2016 and our daughter, Coco in 2019. We have built our home in Candelas, a beautiful mast planned community in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
When I am not working I love to hike, with my family, cook and be an active member of my community. I am a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and have served as Chair of the Denver Metro Association of Realtor Young Professional Network and Director of Marketing for the Colorado Miss Amazing Organization.
Prior to working at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Connie was the broker owner of her own small firm, Diamond Realty Alliance, where she cultivated her knowledge of foreclosures, HUD homes, REO listings, investment properties and fix and flips since 2004. Having an expert background in these areas has served her client’s well. Additionally, she was able to gain expertise in so many areas of Denver and Boulder, given the expanse of these types of properties. Since, she has focused her time and attention on servicing clients of all price points and areas, especially first-time sellers, move-up sellers and luxury home sales.

Connie believes that through honest ongoing communication with clients, daily attention to market details and competitively marketing a property, she can accomplish your goal of selling your home for top dollar. Connie works as a team with Jamie Thomas, her dedicated Director of Operations to follow up and respond to all of your property inquires. Our office staff, which includes a full-time office administrator and listing coordinator. The Boulder office also has our own full-time marketing director, Lisa Modica, whose job is to enhance and expose our client's properties to the market using creative and extensive channels. Their efforts allow Connie to dedicate her time to focus on her biggest strengths; prospecting for buyers, networking with other top producing agents in the marketplace, negotiating contracts, following up on leads and aggressively marketing your home.
